CSI Cares

At CSI, we care about making a positive impact on our communities. That’s why, in July 2019, we launched CSI Cares, a company-wide initiative to support employees in serving their communities. Our CSI Cares initiative gives all employees paid time off to volunteer in a charitable capacity, such as participating in community service or supporting a nonprofit.

A Culture of Service

We’re proud of our service-oriented culture, and the CSI Cares initiative supports this culture by promoting a spirit of volunteerism. In addition to using their day to serve the community, employees have the option to donate their day to another employee having a unique need for time off.

Partnering with Our Communities

Our employees have worked with local chapters of the United Way and the Salvation Army, as well as schools, churches and other local organizations. We strive to be a partner within our communities, always ready to serve where needed.

From volunteering at animal shelters to stocking shelves at local food banks, our employees have spent hundreds of hours serving others. Follow the #CSICares hashtag on social media for updates on our community service projects.

CSI’s Employee Resource Groups

CSI proudly offers a wide variety of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). These groups help unite and support employees through their shared experiences and allies. Our ERGs further to support our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) philosophy through networking opportunities, outreach, philanthropy, leadership development, cultural awareness and business insight.
