PADUCAH, Ky. (December 13, 2019) – Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) (OTCQX: CSVI) today announced that Brian K. Brown has been appointed the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Mr. Brown previously served as interim CFO.

He has been a strong leader as our Senior Vice President of Finance and most recently as CSI’s interim Chief Financial Officer.

He joined CSI as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis in 2012, and was promoted to Vice President of Finance in 2016 and to Senior Vice President of Finance in 2018. Since joining CSI, Brian and his family have been active members of the Paducah community. We are very pleased to have the continuity Brian will provide CSI in his new role.”
Mr. Brown has over 15 years of finance and accounting experience. As Chief Financial Officer, he will provide leadership for CSI’s financial reporting, accounting, tax, budgeting, planning and analysis, treasury management, and investor relations. Brown will also serve as a strategic member of the executive leadership team.
Prior to joining CSI, Mr. Brown served as Vice President, Finance & Accounting Manager for FCB Services, Inc., a subsidiary of Farmers Capital Bank Corp. He previously served as an internal auditor for Farmers Capital Bank and a Financial Institutions Examiner for the Kentucky Department of Financial Institutions. He is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Transylvania University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance, Economics; he then earned a Master of Business Administration from University of Kentucky Gatton College of Business and Economics and a Master of Science in Finance from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. Mr. Brown is a Certified Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis Professional (FP&A). He is also an active community leader in Paducah and a graduate of Leadership Paducah.
