CSI accounting policies and practices have always been classified as very conservative.

CSI's culture and values are reviewed with new employees during orientation. A statement of our culture and values is also included in the Employee Handbook that is distributed to all CSI employees.

CSI managers are expected to reinforce CSI's culture and values with their employees.

The CSI Board of Directors has adopted Corporate Governance Guidelines to assist the Board in exercising its responsibilities.
